The Sony Digital Book Reader has responded (with venom) to the recent announcement by the digital books readers market top dog, Kindle, of their ebook reader price cut. The Sony entry level model, the exciting new Sony eReader Pocket Edition prs-300, comes in at an unbelievable $100 (U.S.) less than its Kindle equivalent.
